Founded by Jim La Mattery in 1987, JL Moneyline is a family owned and operated corporation that negotiates Real Estate and finance transactions along the California coast.  Jim had focused solely on Real Estate finance at first; but as his clients’ needs grew, he expanded his services to include locating and representing home buyers, sellers and investors during residential and commercial property transactions.
